Here is my animation design. The idea of the object came from a thought of ice cream, but it is not suppose to look symmetrical. Looking at this in the opposite direction where the object turns into the ground makes it appear to be many things. I just gradually changed the size of the shapes and moved them straight out to the edge than in random places.
I really like how you used the idea as ice cream, but not making it look exactly like the object itself. The image is composed really well and is very strong against the background you created. You did an excellent job bringing the foreground to the background and vise versa. As a suggestion, maybe slow the animation down just little bit to actually see the movement of each shape taking place. Overall nice job!
ReplyDeleteYour shape really does look like ice cream in the beginning and it is very interesting how it expands in a circle. I think that you achieved making the background an object how at the end the middle space is left. The only thing that is very distracting is that you did not crop it to the art board so you can see the full shapes when it expands where they should cut off. Other than that great job,
ReplyDeleteI think you achieved the ice cream cone look in the beginning the with shapes. I enjoyed the way you made them separate into these big bordering shapes that was really cool. I think you made a very effective animation!
